Privacy Policy

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, your data will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage webshop

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for the purpose of contract processing, a customer account can be created. The data you enter during registration will be collected and stored exclusively for pre-contractual services, for the fulfillment of the contract or for the purpose of customer care (e.g. to provide you with an overview of your previous orders with us). At the same time, we then store the IP address and the date of your registration along with the time. This data will of course not be passed on to third parties.

However, you can also enter the data again with each order (guest order).

The following data is stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: name, address, telephone number and email address of the buyer and name, address and telephone number of the order recipient. The data provided by you is required for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. A data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, the transfer of the recipient data to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and the necessary data to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

After cancellation of the shopping process, the data stored by us for this shopping process will be deleted within 24 hours. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will also be stored until the expiry of the product liability (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Para 3 TKG and Art 6 Para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
