Bloom 52 – Maria Wonisch Diversity Management at Steiermärkische Sparkasse

This week’s Bloom 52 delivery is all about “Diversity”. Our recipient of the week is Maria Wonisch, MBA, Head of Health Management and “Diversity Management” of Steiermärkische Sparkasse. Maria Wonisch has been in charge of health management since 2010 and has been heading the – relatively young – “Diversity Management” department since 2016. “We are actively committed to promoting diversity as an important and useful resource – for our staff as well as for our customers,” says the likeable manager with a confident smile. “An innovative and promising field of activity that Steiermärkische Sparkasse will continue to expand in the coming years”.
