Cancellation or revocation right of the order As long as your flower order has not yet been delivered, it can normally be canceled by providing the order number.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (flowerpower OG, Schönaugasse 5, 8010 Graz, telephone number: +43/316/817528, email address: flowers@flowerpower.cc) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

– for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
