Naturally with pumpkin seeds, the Styrian specialty, which awaits you in a rich green, soft layer of marzipan, which we have refined with liquid pumpkin seed paste. Underneath, a berry-red cream made from lingonberry couverture and lingonberries with a delicate mousse texture and a great fruity-sour lingonberry taste. Enveloped in milk chocolate with 50% cocoa content, which we produce Bean-to-Bar in our Styrian chocolate factory.
