1. General

    The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. We hereby expressly object to any deviating regulations of the contractual partner. All subsequent agreements require written confirmation from our side. Flowerpower OG is entitled to change or supplement these terms and conditions, including any attachments, at any time with a reasonable period of notice. Orders received before any changes will be processed according to the terms and conditions valid at the time of receipt.

  2. Offer

    Flowers are living things whose occurrence is determined by the rules of nature and the course of the seasons. Therefore, they are not available at all times in their entire variety. The goods we deliver correspond as closely as possible to the bouquets and arrangements shown on our website. Due to seasonal fluctuations in the flower supply, deviations may occur.
    Products containing alcohol must not be given to people under the legal minimum age. By placing your order, you confirm that you have reached the legally required minimum age to purchase alcoholic beverages. Please be responsible when handling these items. An age verification will be carried out when alcoholic beverages are handed over.

  1. Order

    Orders are placed via our webshop on our website. It is important to us to process your orders to your satisfaction and without delay. To make this possible, we ask you to ensure that the information you provide (especially the delivery address including the local telephone number) is complete and correct. For hospital deliveries, please always provide the department and room number of the recipient, if possible. For hotel deliveries, please also provide the recipient’s room number, if possible, and the name under which he or she is staying at the hotel (possibly the name of the travel group, married couple, etc.). For deliveries to cemeteries, please provide the respective grave number, if known. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for delays or non-deliveries as a result of incorrect or incomplete information.
    You will receive an email order confirmation from us as soon as possible for your order (at the latest within a period of six hours during peak times). This requires the complete and correct entry of your email address in the order form. Therefore, please check the accuracy of this information before submitting the order. The order is only accepted when the order confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us by phone on +43 316 817528 or by email at flowers@flowerpower.cc. The data required to execute an order is stored in our company’s own system. We treat this data as confidential, of course. It will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted from our system if requested.

  2. Delivery

    We deliver the goods you have ordered within three delivery zones in and around the city of Graz from a flower value of 20 euros. Delivery generally takes place on the day you requested during our delivery times (Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). In special cases (weddings, funerals, etc.), deliveries outside of these delivery times are also possible by arrangement. On Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter and Christmas, Sunday deliveries may also be possible. On these main floristic days or in times with a particularly high volume of orders, there may be slight delays in delivery in exceptional cases.
    If the flower recipient is not at the delivery address at the specified delivery time, we reserve the right to leave the floral greeting with third parties (e.g. a neighbor, at the hotel reception, with the porter or funeral home, etc.) if they appear suitable for forwarding it to the recipient. The same applies to additions (accompanying letters, gift items, etc.). Should the recipient refuse to accept a delivery, the goods will nevertheless be considered delivered and invoiced.

  3. Prices

    All prices stated on the website are in euros, are binding and include statutory VAT and all expenses.

  4. Payment

    You can pay for the goods you have ordered via credit card (Mastercard, VISA), instant bank transfer, PayPal or advance payment. Further information can be found under Payment Methods. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided in the order form as standard and is considered sent from the time the email is sent. On request, the invoice can also be sent to you by post. This must be noted as a special request or further information when ordering.
    Delivery can only take place after successful pre-authorization of the amount on your credit card, receipt of the amount in our bank account for advance payments or successful payment with instant bank transfer or PayPal.

  5. Retention of title

    The delivered goods remain our unrestricted property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

  6. Defects

    We guarantee that your order will be carried out with the utmost care and in the best quality. Should the delivered goods nevertheless have defects that are subject to complaint, the customer has a 24-hour personal right of return on the defective goods. This can only be used in the form of replacement in kind. A refund of the purchase price is not possible.

  7. Cancellation

    The order placed and confirmed by us can be canceled up to two working days before the desired delivery date, stating the client and recipient data.
    Cancellation after this deadline can only be accepted in exceptional cases and a refund of the order value cannot be guaranteed.
